HOLLAND and ASSOCIATES, P.C. is a services oriented civil practice firm.  Our staff prides itself on being reliable, experienced and educated Professionals.

Our firm's principal place of business is in San Diego County, California.  However, we have represented several clients in various counties throughout California, as well as Colorado.  Our qualified attorney's legal, financial and consulting advice has also been relied on upon attorneys throughout the United States.

STAFF BIOGRAPHIES

Bryan J. Holland is the Owner and Managing Attorney of HOLLAND and ASSOCIATES, P.C.; which has specialized in estate planning and taxation in San Diego since 1996.  Prior to 1996, Mr. Holland was General Counsel for a Major California based holding company.  Mr. Holland has been certified as a Public Accountant since 1987 and Practicing Law since 1995.  He is a CPA in Arizona, Utah and Colorado; is admitted to Practice law in California and Colorado; and has real estate and insurance licenses.

Mr. Holland not only has the hands on experience but the knowledge and education to backup his expertise.  A Brigham Young University (UT) alumnus, Mr. Holland received not only his Bachelors from BYU but also received a Masters of Accountancy Tax from there as well.  He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.

Barbara J. Weiser is a Senior Attorney at HOLLAND and ASSOCIATES, P.C. and has been since January 2000.  Prior to 2000, Ms. Weiser was the owner of her own legal practice for eight years specializing in family law and civil litigation.  Ms. Weiser has been practicing law since 1988 and has extensive litigation and case experience related to family law, probate, conservatorships, landlord-tenant and civil litigation.

Ms. Weiser received her Bachelors of Arts from California State University in Los Angeles and her Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law also in Los Angeles.
